The electronic registration system (iJustice) will be fully implemented from 1 February 2022, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.
It is "an important step in the qualitative upgrade of the country's justice system, which is expected to make a catalytic contribution to faster, more efficient and effective service to officials and professionals in the sector and society at large," it said.
It is also clarified that without exception, new cases will now be registered exclusively electronically, without physical presence, with the exception of the Administrative Court of International Protection and the Courts of Criminal Jurisdiction, including the Court of Cassation, the Military Court and the Supreme Court.
