Four people died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths from COVID-19 to 873, while 2.114 new cases of COVID-19 disease were detected by molecular tests (PCR) and antigen rapid test (antigen rapid test), bringing the total number of cases to 329,674, the Ministry of Health announced on Friday.
In a statement, the ministry said the positive rate was 1.96%.
Two deaths were recorded yesterday, March 3, while two were recorded today, March 4.
More specifically, the deaths concern two men aged 68 and 83 and two women aged 79 and 90.
In total, 137 COVID-19 patients are being treated in the hospitals of the OHCHR, of which 30 are in serious condition.
