[CNA] Four deaths, 2,200 new COVID cases, 168 hospitalized, announced on Thursday

Four people died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths from COVID-19 to 802, while 2.200 new cases of COVID-19 disease were detected by molecular tests (PCR) and antigen rapid tests (antigen rapid test), bringing the total number of cases to 300,435, the Ministry of Health announced on Thursday.

At the same time, 168 COVID-19 patients are being treated in hospitals of the OCYP, of which 43 are in serious condition (12 intubated, 31 in ICU), while 29 patients who have ceased to be infectious continue to be intubated due to COVID in an ICU. A percentage of 66.08% of inpatients have no history of vaccination.

Of the four deaths, one was recorded yesterday Wednesday and the other three today.
