A fire broke out in the engine room of a swimming pool in a hotel under renovation on Wednesday afternoon in Limassol.
According to the Fire Service, the fire was immediately brought under control with the response of three fire engines from the Limassol Fire Stations.
The cause of the fire appears to have been caused by work being carried out at the site.
In addition, the Fire Service from 06.00 on 12 January 2022 until 06.00 on 13 January 2022 responded to 15 calls for assistance , of which 6 involved fires , 8 special services and 1 false call.
