President Nicos Anastasiades described as extremely useful the meeting he had with French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of the European Council, which is underway in Brussels on Thursday.
A post on the President's official Twitter account reads.
"As always it was an extremely useful exchange of views, especially in view of France's assumption of the #EUPresidency (EU Council Presidency)," it added.
