Decisions on a number of issues concerning the further modernization of licensing and development control procedures and other technical issues that fall under the portfolio of the Ministry of Interior, were taken at a wide-ranging meeting held on Tuesday between Interior Minister Nikos Nouris and a delegation of ETEK, headed by its President Konstantinos Konstantis.
In particular, according to a statement by ETEK, during the meeting, among other things, the progress of the new development licensing policy and the next steps and timetables for expanding its scope to include more residential units or other uses were discussed.
They also discussed expediting the amendment of the Regulations to simplify the methodology for calculating permit fees
