The situation regarding the development of the pandemic, the data in the state hospitals and the development of the vaccination programme were discussed, among others, during the meeting held on Tuesday evening, under the President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades, of the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) and Ministers, as Government Spokesman Marios Pelekanos said in a written statement.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Ministers of Health, Finance, Education, Labour and Justice, the Deputy Minister of Innovation, the Government Spokesperson, the Deputy Government Spokesperson and officials, the meeting also discussed, according to Pelecanos, "the additional measures recommended by scientists to deal with the outbreak of outbreaks observed in our country in recent days."
