Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are expected to sign memoranda of understanding for cooperation in various sectors, in the context of President Nicos Anastasiades' visit to the country.
Tomorrow after noon, President Anastasiades, accompanied by members of the Cypriot delegation, will proceed to the Palace in Abu Dhabi, where he will have a meeting at 11am local time (9am Cyprus time) with the Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nayhan.
Among the issues expected to be discussed during the meeting are developments in the Cyprus problem, regional developments, bilateral relations between Cyprus and the UAE, energy issues and EU-UAE relations.
