The Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation between Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will focus on seven pillars, according to the Joint Declaration on the Establishment of Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation signed today in Dubai.
Specifically, the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation will focus on the following pillars: Political cooperation, defence and military cooperation, energy, trade and investment, tourism and culture, education, science and technology, and shipping and maritime transport.
As noted, through the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation, the Republic of Cyprus and the UAE will further develop their cooperation in areas of mutual and strategic interest and will build on the Agreements and Memoranda of Cooperation signed between the two countries since the establishment of their relations.
