Cyprus hosts the European Cadets U16 Championship on the weekend of December 18 and 19.
According to a statement, with this year's third international event being hosted in Cyprus, the Cyprus Sambo Federation has lifted the weight on its shoulders and taken on not one but three international events so far for 2021, putting Cyprus' name on the international chess ladder of major organisers.
These international events were the European Junior Men's and Women's European Championship held on 26-27 May in Limassol, followed by the World Coastal Sambo Championship on the weekend of 28-29 August.
