Athens Exchange Group (ATHEX Group) and the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced the successful completion of the cooperation project, which resulted in CSE's compliance with the Settlement Discipline Regulation from 1 February 2022 and the development of a CSDR-compliant infrastructure to fully support Investor CSD services.
As stated in a CSE announcement, Athens Exchange Group has been working with CSE to upgrade the Clearing, Settlement and Registration platform offered by both organisations as part of the Common Platform, as well as contributing with its expertise on compliance and operational issues arising from the new European regulations.
