The reform of the Civil Service upgrades its operation and the provision of services to citizens, President Nicos Anastasiades said, commenting on the passage of the legislative package of the reform yesterday by the Plenum of the Parliament.
"The vision has become a plan. The #Cyprus_to_Tomorrow Plan becomes a project," the President of the Republic said in a post on Twitter.
