Christmas at the bottom of the sea in Protaras and Larnaca was made by divers dressed as Santa Claus.
Summer Divers celebrated Christmas in their own special way for the 15th consecutive year. They shared the event with their online friends on social media.
Divers dressed as Santa Claus dived into the icy waters in the sea area of Protaras, ate, exchanged gifts, sang carols and of course at the end they decorated a Christmas tree.
Despite the strong sea currents, the murky water and the adverse weather conditions that prevailed on Christmas Day, divers decorated the Christmas tree at the Zenovia Shipwreck in Larnaca.
