The Chief of the National Guard, Major General Demokritos Zervakis, participated on Friday in an extraordinary meeting of the European Union Military Committee (EUMC), which was held by teleconference at the level of the Chiefs of Armed Forces of the Member States.
According to an announcement by the GSF, the participants were briefed on the development of the dialogue and the next steps for the completion of the Strategic Compass text, while there was an exchange of views on the process of improving the EU Rapid Reaction Toolbox and the EU Hybrid Toolbox.
