Deaths in Cyprus from Cardiovascular Disease constitute 35% of the total deaths annually, according to international data, which also show that it is obvious that cardiovascular diseases are the invisible pandemic that threatens the Cypriot citizen, at any time and at any time.
These data were provided on Friday, on the occasion of the creation of the first alliance for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases "Cardiac Alliance", which was announced by Aretaios Hospital, Novartis Cyprus Pharmaceutical Company and the Biolysis Research Centre of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT).
The Memorandum of Understanding for the undertaking of actions was ratified by the three institutions during an event held on Friday at the Strovolos Cultural Centre.
