Bank of Cyprus has been certified as an Equality Employer for adopting and implementing Good Practices and promoting gender equality at work.
According to a Bank of Cyprus statement, the certification was awarded by the National Business Certification Body rewarding its policies for equal opportunities regardless of gender or any other characteristic.
The certification was awarded following a thorough evaluation process among companies that implement policies that ensure to their staff conditions of gender equality, equal opportunities for advancement, reconciliation of work and family life and the principle of equal pay between men and women for equal work or work of equal value.
