The Pancyprian Association of Hoteliers (PASYXE) of Famagusta appeals to all relevant bodies to address the problem of the lack of human resources in the tourism industry and to provide solutions in order to protect the tourism product and the good name of Cyprus.

In a statement of PASYXE it is stated that "the hoteliers of Famagusta province and generally those employed in the tourism industry are very skeptical about the lack of human resources in view of the new tourist season".

It is added that "despite their good mood, to see things from the positive side, however, there is a huge problem which is growing year by year".
