A young man aged 25, a resident of Frenarius, was arrested yesterday to facilitate police enquiries in relation to investigated cases of drug possession and robbery of a kiosk at gunpoint in Derynia last October.
According to Andreas Constantinou, spokesman for the Famagusta Police Directorate, "at around 14.40 on Monday, December 20, members of the Famagusta Traffic Police stopped a car driven by a young man aged 25, with 29 and 19-year-old passengers, all residents of Frenaros, after a chase in Ayia Napa".
