Aris Limassol reached the top after their 1 - 0 victory over Doxas on Friday night, in a match which opened the curtain of the 17th round of the A' Division Football Championship.
The only goal of the game, which took place at the Chirio Stadium, was scored by Iosifidis at 27'.
Aris climbed to 1st place in the standings with 33 points, one match ahead of 2nd place AEK, who have 31 points, and 3rd place Apollon, who have 29 points.
