A series of appointments were decided today by the Council of Ministers.
Specifically, according to a written statement by Deputy Government Spokesperson, Niobi Parishinou, the Cabinet decided to appoint Michalis Persianis to the position of Chairman of the Fiscal Council for a period of five years until July 9, 2026.
It also appointed Mr. Kostas Demetriou as a member of the Authority for Public Supervision of the Audit Profession for the period until the end of the Council's term of office, i.e. until 19.6.2023, and Dr. Sofia Nestoros and Drs. Konstantinos Ferentinos, members of the National Cancer Committee.
