The 2021-2022 OPAP Basket League Cup will be held in a new format for this season, where all phases will be in knockout format.
According to the KOK, the home venue for the games will come from the cup draw, where the first team to emerge from the draw will play at home.
The four phases in which the Cup will be played will be as follows:
Phase A: Four pairs will be formed following a draw.
