All defendants in the criminal case of the collapse of Synergatis have been found not guilty by the Nicosia Permanent Criminal Court.
In the decision, which was announced yesterday, the Nicosia Permanent Court of Cassation acquitted all ten persons, both natural and legal, of all charges they faced.
The ten defendants were facing charges relating to offences of conspiracy to defraud, obtaining goods by false representation, forgery and circulation of a forged document, false accounts, misappropriation of property, abuse of power, as well as offences of concealment.
