Without a history of vaccination, 80% of patients with coronavirus are hospitalized at the Famagusta General Hospital, which operates as a Reference Hospital, Amalia Hatzigianni, Scientific Director of the Larnaca - Famagusta Hospitals, told CNA.
She added that "currently 57 patients are being treated at Famagusta General Hospital, of which 16 are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as they need closer monitoring. The average age of those hospitalized is 66 years, the youngest patient is 31 years old and the oldest is 93, both with no history of vaccination."
