From 6 a.m. on Monday morning until 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning, the police made complaints against 8 citizens and 4 establishments out of a total of 1,702 checks.
According to the Police, out of 491 checks in Nicosia, 2 citizens and 3 establishments were reported. In Limassol, 3 citizens were complained against out of 96 checks and in Famagusta 1 citizen out of 293 checks. In Larnaca there were complaints against 1 citizen and 1 establishment out of 365 checks, in Paphos 1 citizen was complained against out of 110 checks, while in Morphou there were no complaints out of 179 checks carried out.
It is noted that two establishments in Nicosia were fined €500 each, in one case because the manager did not wear a protective mask and in the other case because the manager did not carry a safepass. In Larnaca, a fine of €500 was given to one establishment because an employee did not carry a saf
