On Saturday, the Police arrested a 71-year-old resident of Paphos, to facilitate interrogations in connection with an investigated case of illegal possession of property and receiving stolen goods.
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, the arrest of the 71-year-old was made in the context of the investigation by the Pafos CID, a case of burglary and theft, which was reported to the police yesterday.
According to the evidence under investigation, between the dates of 31 October 2021 and 8 January 2022, unknown persons broke into a restaurant in Paphos, whose operations have been suspended.
