The 37-year-old father of the 2.5-month-old baby, who died at Makarios Hospital with a severe head injury, will be charged with manslaughter. In the morning he was arraigned before the Criminal Court, while the 22-year-old mother was released.
The 37-year-old was taken to the Limassol district court in the morning, in a closed-door procedure, and was charged with manslaughter before the Criminal Court, which will meet on April 14.
