The Paphos Police are investigating a case of illegal possession of controlled drug class A, illegal possession of property and stabbing with the arrest of a 26-year-old man to facilitate the interrogations.
According to Pafos Assistant Police Director Michael Ioannou, on Monday, at 22:00 at night, members of the Pafos Crime Prevention Unit stopped a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old man, with a 20-year-old compatriot as his passenger, on Eleftherias Avenue, in Chloraka.
A search of the vehicle revealed that the 26-year-old was in possession of a sachet of white crystalline substance, weighing 0.5 grams, and five other sachets containing drug substitutes were found inside the vehicle.
