Two premises and 21 persons were reported in the last 24 hours, from 06.00 on Thursday until 06.00 today, in a total of 1,718 checks for violations of the orders against the spread of coronavirus.
A spokesman for the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters told CNA that 21 complaints from citizens and 2 complaints from establishments emerged during the checks.
In the Nicosia district, where 354 checks were carried out, the manager of one establishment and 16 people were reported.
No complaints were made in Limassol, during 139 checks in the province.
Two persons were reported in Larnaca, where 429 checks were carried out.
In Paphos, the manager of one establishment was reported during 74 checks.
Three persons were reported in Famagusta province where 403 checks were carried out.
