Armenia ?? has tightened controls at airports for passengers departing for Russia. According to Hraparak, an Armenian publication, these measures were introduced to rule out "parallel exports" to Russia.
"Strict controls have been imposed at the airport to ensure that passengers heading to Russia do not carry chips and accessories needed for IT technology in their luggage and carry-on luggage," the publication reported.
According to reports from passengers traveling to and from Yerevan in recent days, there are often large lines at airport controls.
