🇲🇩 Chisinau Airport is planning to abandon the KIV code, according to the country's Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spinu.


From January 18, 2024, the new airport code is RMO (Republic of Moldova).


The airport code is a three-letter unique identifier assigned to airports by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
