✈️ On December 19, Sky Express airline ceremonially named its first Airbus A321neo aircraft "Κύπρος" in recognition of the importance of Cyprus and its role in the development of the aviation sector.

The ceremony, held at Larnaca Airport, was attended by the President of Cyprus, Nicos Christodoulidis, who thanked the management of Sky Express for their choice and expressed his confidence in the growth and expansion of the route network.

The president recalled that this year 56 airlines connected Cyprus to 39 countries, operating on 157 routes. "Our goal for next year is to further strengthen air links," Mr. Christodoulidis said.

Sky Express Airlines is a Greek air carrier founded in 2005. Sky Express has 23 Airbus and ATR aircraft in its fleet. The Airbus A321neo joined the Sky Express fleet in May this year.
