Yesterday, May 17, Ryanair flight FR5086 from Paphos to Krakow was delayed by 7 hours. 40 min.

Let me remind you, according to EU Regulation 261/2004, if a flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, the passenger can claim compensation. Ryanair is quite responsive to claims.

You can send your complaint by link. From the first page: => After you Fly => claims => EU261 Entitlement
Next you fill in the Compensation form and enter your details and the flight details. The system "picks up" some points automatically as you fill them in.

The amount of payment depends on the distance/time of delay. For example, Ryanair recently approved an 800€ compensation for 2 passengers for a flight delay of almost 12 hours.
