On 18 May 2023, an open lecture of the Mediterranean Institute of Management (MIM), lasting two hours, was successfully held: "SOFT SKILLS as an essential professional tool for all".
The lecture was held at the premises of the KEPA/MID headquarters in Nicosia, with Ms. Anna Xynisteri as lecturer, with the possibility of online attendance. The lecture was attended by twenty people with physical presence and thirty people with online participation.
The lecture focused on familiarization with the term intangible skills, a brief description of basic intangible skills and a presentation of techniques and strategies for the development of intangible skills.
The Open Lecture is the first of a series of lectures on this topic. The second Open Lecture is scheduled for Autumn 2023.
