Georgian Airways is going to launch transit flights to/from Russia to Europe via Tbilisi, the airline founder Tamaz Gaiachvili said in an interview with RTVI channel.

Among the destinations he noted were flights to Milan, Paris, Vienna, Larnaca and Thessaloniki.

We'll start on June 15. We'll see how it goes. But we think there will be enough demand on these routes," Gaiashvili said.

Recall, Georgian Airways plans to open flights between Tbilisi and Larnaca from June 23 on Mondays and Fridays. But so far they don't connect with Georgian Airways Tbilisi-Moscow flights: the connection is either too short or very long.
